PATINA DÉCOR SELECTED FOR VESTA HOME SHOW

Patina Décor, a full-scale design firm located in Downtown Baldwyn, was selected to participate in the Memphis Area Home Builders Association’s 2007 Spring Vesta Home Show currently being held at Spring Creek Ranch in Collierville, TN.

The Vesta Home Show provides exclusive tours of lavish homes built with the latest products and designs offered by the area’s leading home construction experts. Spring Creek Ranch, an 800 plus acre development that surrounds a 320 acre Jack Nicklaus Golf Course, is host-site for the event.

Boyle Investment Co. was selected as the exclusive developer for the show which involved construction of seven homes valued at $500,000 and up. After speaking with Gary Thompson, Vice President of Boyle Investment Company, Kristin Ganger of Patina Décor was asked to be an exclusive designer for one of the homes.

“I was thrilled,” said Ganger, co-owner and head designer of Patina Décor. “We started work in December and have done everything, including selection of interior and exterior colors, cabinets, flooring, lighting, custom bedding and draperies, furniture and accessories. It is a signature Patina Décor home.”

Ganger believes that part of Patina Décor’s uniqueness is that it is builder-friendly. “Being a full-scale design firm, we can take some of the pressures and responsibilities off builders by working with them in the selection processes both inside and out.”

The Vesta event brings over 30,000 attendees. David Clark, 2006 Vesta Home Show chairman, said, “The Vesta Home Show has grown tremendously over the last few years. It’s just become one of those things that is nationally recognized.”

The dates for the event are April 28th through May 13th. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10am-7pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8am-7pm. Spring Creek Ranch is located on Collierville-Arlington Rd. at Raleigh LaGrange Rd. in Collierville. (View Map) Ticket information is available at www.mahba.com or by calling (901) 756-4500.
